      Keenager (50 yrs +)

A Keenager is over 50, as keen as a teen, with a growing sense that age shall not weary them.  Keenagers are FUN-LOVING, with a strong social focus and enjoy a variety of activities that contribute to their health and wellbeing.

    Some Keenager quotes:

“Being a Keenager has given me much pleasure and keeps me active.  It feels great to be able to move more easily and confidently”.  (Beryl, 80 years)

“This was my first time and I found it thoroughly enjoyable.  It’s a good way to exercise”. (Peter, 67 years)

"I have been attending Keenagers for 10 years because I wanted to ward off hereditary heart problems.  And better still, I enjoy the people; the professional instruction has helped keep my body in some type of physical shape; and has helped my mobility". (Sue Dal Santo, 55 years)

Keenager classes are conducted by fitness instructors, personal trainers and facilitators who are trained in working with mature aged people.  There is something for everyone.
