mpower minis
mpower minis is a unique program which is for 3-4 year olds. It is a program which develops fundamental movement skills that are required to prepare children for participation in all sport and physical activity.  

Tri Sports Coaching
Tri Sports is a program that is run during the school term and offers the opportunity to receive coaching in 3 sports over the duration of the term. The sports that are participated in are sports with a focus on striking, in particular tennis, floorball, cricket and soccer. As well as learning the skills for different sports, participants are improving their fundamental movement skills, mobility and cardiovascular endurance.

Private Tennis Coaching
If you would like some personalised attention to assist in learning to play the game, this is a great way to fast track your progress or focus on some specific goals such as technical improvement of strokes and/or the tactics of the game for match play.

After School Sports Ability
A number of activities and modified games will be used to teach fundamental skills so that participants are able to play team games and enjoy various types of physical activity in a fun and safe environment. The After School Sports Ability Program also has a focus on preparation for the Community Sports Table Cricket Carnival. Table cricket is a game from the Sports Ability Kit.  It is suited for all levels of ability. Individual registrations or teams of up to four players can register.  mpowerdome will seek to place you in a team, if required.
